Why do they only have to shoot 50 meters in the compound division and 70 in the recurve shouldn’t the compound division be shooting farther

Hope that compound at 18m made it to the olympics....why not? Even break dancing, bmx, skate boarding can! Vamos! Mexico. The USA women's team has youth on its side. Great combination. Casey is only 18 and yet gaming like a senior. Fernandez..19. Savannah..22..Wow! I guess it's how archery America groom their talents...their programme works..at least for the women's team. Men's?
