देश में 100 साल पहले बेरोजगार नहीं था । घर घर पीढ़ी दर पीढ़ी रोजगार उपलब्ध था। सुनार लुहार सुथार बुनकर कारीगर किसान इत्यादि तैयार होते थे। देश की शिक्षा पद्धति ने कुर्सी के बाबु ही ज्यादा बने हैं। सुथार का बच्चा पढकर कुर्सी का बाबु बन गया और उनका पुत्र पिता से भी ज्यादा पढ़ाई कर नौकरी ढूंढने में लगा हुआ है। वोकेशनल कोर्स ज्यादा प्रमोशन ना होने से बेरोजगारी बढ रही है। मान सम्मान कुर्सी के बाबु का ज्यादा है ।. आरक्षण पीढी दर अनुभव को देना चाहिए था। पीढी को और उनके खानदानी रोजगार को छुड़ाने को प्रमोट किया गया
