I did not finish watching because there is not a fair comparison there. Apparently, China is not going to go to US to attack US. Any war between the two countries, if US dares again after Korean War shameful loss, would be near China's coast. But what weapons could US project near China's coast. US carriers have a range to launch attacks of 1000 km, but China's antiship hypersonic missiles which US carriers do not have any defense have a range of thousands of kilomoters. In other words, US carriers, at time of war, in order to stay safe, has to stay safe, has to be thousands of kilos from Chinese coast. But to be in a range to be safe and keep away from antiship missiles, they WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO LAUNCH ANY ATTACKS INCLUDING THE JETS OR BOMBERS. So, delete this garbage from KZbin, and make one video that makes sense. Yes, US has many weapons, but those are barely useful for Houthis and used to be useful against smaller countries and can destroy smaller countries at will (national terrorism). War is changing. US has no advantage over China, unless it wants a nuclear war to destroy the world.

It isn't just a matter of how many planes, ships, etc. you have - it's a matter of a) how modern and well-maintained they are, b) having properly trained personnel to use them, and c) experience in actually waging war. Better to have five modern battleships in good shape with well-trained crews than 20 old rickety ships with crews that don't know what they're doing.

Besides that, their militaries are set up for mostly defensive actions. Even incapable of projecting power much beyond their own borders. In a war with China. We could just cut off all their imports and exports. And with all the problems they currently have. It wouldn't take long to crash their economy.

It depends on the current Chinese government's foreign policies. If China were to go to war with the United States, the elderly in China would take the lead in supporting the war first, and then they would influence the middle-aged. As most of the young people are hawks because of China's rise now, the potential for war that China can mobilize is something the United States doesn't have. Under full mobilization, it's not difficult to raise tens of millions of troops at all. The key point is only whether the Chinese government chooses defense or offense.
