I wish her all the best! but it's pretty straight forward to come to the U.S. for graduate or PHD programs. It only gets a little tricky when you come for a bachelor's or a community college. Coming to the U.S. in 2008 with only few thousand dollars and starting at a community college in San Francisco Bay area was a huge leap of faith for me. I still remember my visa interview at the U.S. embassy in Sri Lanka - the officer only asked me three questions before approving it! This journey has been filled with challenges and growth, and I’m grateful for every step. Now looking back, I don't know how I did it. I wish all you dreamers the best!! Don't stop believing!!!
