Good to see Peaches up at JBLM. My favorite parts about visiting Tacoma...coffee and Chicken Teriyaki joints!!! Great podcast today. Work ethic is everything. Priorities of work lists are a great guide. You can't do everything all the time. Understanding where to place your energy in the moment is so important. Also, part of work ethic is knowing when to shut it down, recover, so you can do it again!

Thanks for another solid episode. Any chance that you guys can get a Vietnam PJ on to talk about his service? Or do a heritage episode where the team talks about PJ and CCT history.

It’s a reach but you guys should try to get Goggins on sometime. That would be a great dynamic.

I just graduated college this December, I intend to continue my training and ship out at the end of this year to be a CCT. I also got credit for a weightlifting class. Fun stuff.

Finally reconditioned my shoulders back to swimming (had been dealing with some rear delt pain during it) after lockdown 1, and now my state is going into lockdown 2. Yay. At least I think I've finally found boots that fit my feet, so I can start working on rucking.

Just want to let you guys know that I listened to the podcast first, then I watched the video just to see how short Peaches actually is. I have to say, I wasn't disappointed.

Can’t trick yourself into thinking you are putting forth enough effort or that it is focused in the right direction. Have to consistently ask myself, “Am I truly doing 100%,” or “What could I do differently that would enhance my effort on the goal at hand?” Brian, I’m just gonna go out and assume one doesn’t fail drown proofing by ACTUALLY drowning 😂

Being smaller or skinnier but still having that athletic body is perfect for this. You don’t want to be bulky it’s just extra weight you have to carry around

If I only have access to an outdoor pool, are there air/water temps that you don’t want to go under to train (actual swimming, not just breath control)? (Always with a buddy, of course)

Some of the guest to think about are guys that have switched to Af Spec Warfare from other SOF components (Ranger, SF, etc) and potentially guys that have gone the other way.
