And Chibiusa doesn't listen to her because Usagi has no authority yet, she's also a child. That adds so much fun conflict to the "what if" situation. So yeah, Chibiusa is a brat and we see why. They're both spoiled and both can't stand having someone similar nearby.

+Julia Kerr In the anime Chibi Chibi is Galaxia's star seed that took a human form to find someone who'd carry her power to destroy Chaos. However Chibi Chibi / Sailor Cosmos is not exactly Usagi, that's a misconception from the manga's storyline. Cosmos is a future encarnation of Sailor Moon in an alternate and very distant future but they are not the same person anymore, when Usagi met Neo Queen Serenity, she started to vanish as two people can't exist on the same timeline, but Usagi stays with Chibi Chibi all the time and nothing happens, they don't have the same crystal anymore (Usagi's crystal is the Silver Crystal and Cosmos has the Cosmos Crystal), they don't have the same "planet" anymore, as Usagi has the Moon and Cosmos stands as a guardian of all universe as it seems, nor they even act alike. No matter what, Usagi would NEVER give up on a fight or run away, Usagi would never just stand there watching their loved ones die. The clue is when Guardian Cosmos asks them if they would like to be reborn as they are, or with a new star, Usagi chooses continuing her life as she is. The idea is that in a very distant future after Usagi dies and she returns to the Cauldron which is the origin of all life, she is reborn with a new star, a new planet, etc, she is not Usagi /Sailor Moon / Serenity anymore, but a whole new being who holds no relation whatsoever to her past encarnations, she talks of Sailor Moon as another person, and she explains how meeting her past encarnation gave her a strenght she never knew before, Cosmos comes from an alternative future as making the decision of being reborn as a new, being with a difefrent star might or might not happen.

It is Usagi, just as usagi is a reincarnation of past princess serenity, chibi chibi aka sailor cosmos in disguise is a reincarnation of usagi many years into the future. Usagi's silver moon crystal is her sailor crystal which is her star seed aka her soul. That's stated in the the Manga to be indestructible hence the reason they will always be reborn for all eternity. They're the same person reborn in a different era in time.

Think about it like this, if usagi we're following right now decided to go back to the past where she was princess serenity on the moon kingdom and try to warn her about Queen Metallia. I first thought chibi chibi was the daughter of usagi and seiya, if they had a future together, since mamuro “didn’t exist” since his star seed, the golden one for earth was taken, and chibi-usa would have never existed. But chibi chibi is the star seed, or spirit of sailor galaxia , that she released into the galaxy, to find someone worthy to fight herself with the dark energy she captured inside her body. Chibiusa is so adorable but hallow as a character. I like the backstory and truth about chibi chibi and galaxies that the writers thought of. It gives the universe more mythology without pulling another place out of the metaphorical space hat. Honestly, the classic does a good job of being understandable without stumbling over vagueness.

Becomes nicer? Chibiusa was still a brat after season 2, she continued to belittle and disrespect usagi, constantly try to get with mamoru, stealing almost all of his attention, hardly ever give them space and privacy. Chibiusa was very much still an intolerable brat, only time I liked her being there was in season 5 for the first 6 episodes. Not talking much, doesn't get too involved and doing the little she's capable of. Let's be honest chibiusa is almost completely useless in a battle, her power level is crap for someone who possesses the silver crystal. To be fair the silver crystal stopped being important since season 2.

I was only happy in the fifth season when she just appeared for six episodes and goes back home. But still her attacks from the third season were sometimes funny, but eventually got really annoying to be honest.

adrianisawesome1234 Dic tried to make sailor moon kid friendly when it came to America by removing swear words and I find it stupid because dragon ball was a kids show yet there was swearing and kids didn't seem to care about swearing in a tv show
