You won't even remember all the hardships once you enter the States. Got my 10years green card in two months

Hello, not a legal advice: The wait time depends on lot of factors, like the consulate, the visa category, how many applicants in the visa category and also the country. At this level there isn't a timelines; you have to keep waiting until you receive your interview letter. Thanks

Hi! Im a bit confused with 2 charts. In Chart B, priority date for F4 Philippines is 22July2007 and mine is March 2007. We received a letter from NVC to pay fees. The question is, if we successfully submitted the required documents. Hello, no a legal advice: To be honest no one can tell you when you will get your interview letter, as long as the case is DQ, you have to wait until NVC notify you. Based on my experience if i have to guess, it can take 5 months or more. Thanks
