still in a quandary whether to buy a condo for retirement. we have a township devt. 3 mins. from our place by Ayala. I urged my sis to buy one since single siya and need a forced saving kesa puro shopping. nakinig naman.😊 my husband and I was blessed to have inherited a few properties. tama ka kailangan mahaba pisi mo kapag nag invest ka sa realty(though the best sya for me) since di mo siya kaagad ma-didispose in just a flick of your finger. keep on vlogging!😊

Hi madam Ingrid , Meron akong unit sa edsa and pioneer kaka turn over lang nung may 29,2024 . Ang name ng condo ay robinsons gateway regency studio. It’s 20 sqm , studio unit, located at 4th floor facing the garden . Ang tcp cash price na naibayad ko ay 3.85 M . It’s paid off . Baka naman may magtanong sayo either cash or lease . Ang current price ngayon ay 4.4 M . And kung rent naman I like 20k per month . Just in case lang po . I’m the owner . Thanks 🙏 po and god bless
