The ADHD topic is so relatable. As an 24 year old who is currently unemployed, I struggle to get motivation where I don't know what job I do want. I was a past web dev, technician, programmer and CSR. My CV is so messy, don't know how to pick up myself and with that said, hearing someone talking about this stuff makes me not feel alone in this kind of struggle, glad you guys brought this one up because I was telling this one to someone but I end up being invalidated. Hope we be better all soon.

Love this podcast. Very wholesome yung atake. Pero, let me say my opinion lang about nung sa self diagnosing ganun. As someone who has been recently diagnosed with ADHD, self diagnosing ACTUALLY helped me get proper help. So, I guess it's not that bad to self diagnose as long as you don't claim it like as an official diagnosis without consulting a doctor. 😅✌🏻

Idk if you guys are familiar with the Goons (western PR with dank jokes on game sessions) Podcast ; they pretty much have the same format as this episode (no format at all, just creative talk and random sht and topics) i feel like it's a hard thing to do and maintain but it's really entertaining... on the other hand, ADHD spectrum is quite wide; I'm diagnosed with that shit and mine is whether I'm interested (hyperfocused if i am; ignore if i am not. very hard to deal with esp. with academics and work but need to carry on :") ) also short format vids are also affecting an individual's attention span which makes it addicting; it indirectly affects cognitive function of a person. worse, it worsens ADHD symptoms 💀
