Hello po, sa ngayon nag sisimula po ako mag invest sa leading company satin, smph, bpi at mbt (ung mbt kinuha ko kasi aside sa maganda ang track, may dividents po, favourite NYodin po kasi ito hahaha) Tanong ko lang po, bago bago palang ang reit sa bansa, tapos mataas na ang prices ngayon ng reit like areit. Maganda padin po ba kumuha ngayon

Local brokers have standard commission fees when buying and selling stocks, no monthly fees. You can try First Metro Sec. No foreign securities but you can buy global funds with monthly dividends like ATRAM Global Multi-Asset income fund and ALFM Global Multi-Asset income fund, annual management fee of fund is around 1-2% per year.

Kuya Jon> naalala ko yung vlog mo about GMA, kaya kahit malaki loss ko nun ay binenta ko na. After noon, mas malaki pa loss… Si Ate Glo, naalala ko naman sa DDMPR, kahit malaki loss ay binenta ko na. Pero ngayon malaki bawi sa mga REIT. Dati yung RCR REIT, binenta ko with 21% gain = 3-years dividend na. Tapos nakabili uli ako nung bumaba at ngayon ay nasa 18% gain na uli.
