I dont play TV but i would assume its his game sense and map knowledge. Its probably common for a bot to spawn in that spot at the start of the game, same instance has occurred to me multiple times on other maps and it doesnt take long to realise repeating patterns (such as bot spawns) across multiple games. I could be all wrong and look stupid but thats my guess 👍.

It's also the pattern of their steps, and yes it's just based on game knowledge. You'll eventually learn the difference between bots and real players like how they usually move, voice lines, and overall just having map knowledge.

5m storage value? or 5m koen balance with a stacked inventory? 5m koen balance with a barely filled inventory of junk? If we are talking storage value i think it would be better to play safe in budget lockdowns, avoiding pvp and doing key runs. But nobody is stopping you from playing t6 or t7, enjoy the game how you want to (assuming you have 5m storage value, i still wouldn’t personally recommend.)
