USASMA Fellowship Program seeks qualified Sergeants Major

The United States Army Sergeants Major Academy has launched a new fellowship program with Penn State University that will provide select Sergeants an opportunity to earn a Major a Master's Degree in Adult Education while also benefitting the future senior NCO Corps and the Army as a whole.
