I live in Atlanta and I know a restaurant group that has catered to the LGBTQ community for the last 15 years. The most difficult demographic-specific restaurants, bookstores, or bars to keep open are for lesbians. I have seen them open four. They closed them all within three years of opening. There are Netflix and HBO documentaries about this topic.
