Mine didn't seem to find a problem...the USB device not working are my speakers and everything I've tried doesn't seem to fix it. Could the speakers themselves be the problem?

it says " You must be an administrator running a console session in order to use the sfc utility" :(

You have to run Command Prompt as an administrator, you should be able to see that option when you look up "cmd."
