USB Power Outlet Replacement

The RV-12iS comes with a 2-port 4.8A (2.4A each port) USB power outlet. New devices use USB Type-C PD (or USB Type-A QC) to do quick-charging.
The details of the quick charge standards are beyond the scope of this video, instead, we focus on how to change out the power outlet for a new one which supports these standards.
