USB Smart Card Reader on Omron PLC USB using Raspberry Pi

I have a printer that uses smart cards for the remaining ink quantity. There are 4 different colors. Many times there is half the cartridge of ink left but card says it is empty. People sell aftermarket cards only but I would like to be able to clone some cards and make some when I need them so I can use all the ink I am paying for. Can you point me in the right direction?

Jeff, I am so in the same boat. I have a sim chip look alike or a UICC / smart card chip in my ink as well. Holly shit this thing is costing me money. I would love to learn how to hack it. Have you figured it out?
