At the end a Silk on the left "tapped" the opposing team's player during the field exit.

That might be because the Bruins had the indecency to go onto the field and stretch while the trojan marching band was performing at halftime.

+Luis G UCLA showed a total lack of respect for the USC Trojan Marching Band by coming onto the field during the halftime show. But, those USC SILKS weren't having any of it and put those jerks in their place!!!! I LOVED IT!!!! It all went down at the 10 yard line! Timeline - 3:26 the jerks lock in their bad karma by walking on the field; 4:26 A USC Silk walks right through the UCLA formation; 4:51 a Silk almost clocks the UCLA "ball fetcher" in the head while spinning; 5:11 a Silk walks right into the face of the UCLA kicker; 5:18 a Silk holds her holds her ground right in the face of the UCLA kicker and starts spinning her flag pole in his face!!!! AWESOME!! The karma came back to the UCLA kicker in the 3rd quarter when he missed a field goal!!!! Karma is a bitch! This video needs to go viral!

Why is there a need for a halftime break in American Football? The teams are hardly on the pitch in active play. The clock is stopped longer than it is in play.

god forbid we ever have to invade another country - or anything that desperate. but if we do, then put the usc marching band in charge of it, cuz they'll not only get it done, they'll make it look GOOD too! this must be so hard, but always looks so good - and makes me smile too.

+Keilana Singh Oh really? So which one of those bands has, not one, but 2 multi-platinum albums like the Trojan Marching Band? Which one plays with every rock, pop, classical and soul star from Michael Jackson, to Fleetwood Mac, to Beyonce, to Jason Durillo, to Slash, to John Williams, to Diana Ross, to The Three Tenors, to Radiohead, to The Offspring, to the Los Angeles Philharmonic, to George Clinton? Which one of them played at the Academy Awards, the Grammys, and the Olympics? Which one of them has been in over 20 movies and TV shows--even playing other college bands for films? Forrest Gump ran through the Trojans when they pretended to be Alabama's band. By the way, that was Mark Hamil (Luke Skywalker) introducing their Star Wars routine and calling them the best. You think he'd do that for the 2nd best band? Nope. Your opinion is duly noted, but the best musicians in the world know where to go when they need a band. Ohio State can march with excellent precision--they are excellent--a little stiff and they have weird uniforms, but they are loud. Not sure who the Blue Devils are (Brunswick, Moody, Pahokee HS?--there's a lot of bands called Blue Devils with videos on here and none seem good--thought you meant Duke, but can't find a vid of them to compare), but I'm sure they're good. So are a lot of HBCU bands like Bethune Cookman--super funky and hot routines. Nonetheless, if you want the best... The Trojan Marching Band has that on lock. Hands down. Until one of these other bands shows up with at least one platinum album, we'll just lay this argument to rest.

+Tom Steel Guessing the Blue Devils are Drum & Bugle, and they do put on quite a good show. As for all of the TV, movie, and recording credits you list - USC just happens to be handy to some major TV, Film and Recording industries. Other bands show up in films or whatever that are made outside of LA. As for goofy uniforms... ;-)
