Could’ve been, but I feel like he would’ve turned the ball over 2-3 times as well ! End of the day SC came away 2-0 in clutch games! Can’t argue that, may not have the stats/numbers but it was Maiava’s 2nd game and he’s pulled away both times!

@@Hengel_AndrewsMoss wasn’t that bad. He went 2555 yds for 18 TDs 9 INTs. He only had 1 multiple turnover game. He would’ve put up good numbers against Nebraska and UCLA two of the weakest teams on USCs schedule. For anyone that thinks Maiava is a huge upgrade over Moss, he still hasn’t faced anyone close to teams like Penn St, Michigan, LSU and he looked pretty average against a mediocre UCLA team. We’ll see how Maiava does against a ranked ND team. If he struggles it just proves Moss wasn’t the issue with the offense.

@ I’m from Hennepin County. Miller Moss: 23-38, 200yds, 1td 2int against Minnesota Gophers. Moss should have been put into the portal in the breezeway as he debarked the plan in LA. It’s not how good eMVee is, it’s he’s not Miller Moss that matters most.

They are a lot better than last year's defense and held UCLA to 13 points.That's nothing to sneeze at. What USC needs is dominance in the O-Line. They should have scored more touchdowns in goal to go situations. The got the field goals, but they kept UCLA in the game.

Tradition. For over 50 years, SC and UCLA played their home games at the Coliseum. So, they both wore home jerseys for that game. In ‘82, UCLA moved their home to Rose Bowl. For 25 years, the visiting team wore white jerseys, before both agreed to resume the tradition of both wearing home jerseys in 2008.

UCLA needs to replace their offensive coordinator, they have a decent defense, the team has excellent talent, but the play calling is pathetic and horrible, extremely predictable.
