By squatting you are training your body to be prepared if you were in a setting where you were behind cover and concealment. This drill helps train your body to get used to shooting at a target from different levels, Jericho.

Steve said "He's been working with Mike and I..." which is incorrect. It should be "He's been working with Mike and me..." The way to test this is to remove Mike from the sentence. You wouldn't say "He's been working with I," would you?

Can somebody explain how this is NOT static? Do people understand the words they're even using anymore? Looks like standard isosceles. At best that might be a crouch. Squatting is the position you take when yer dropping a deuce behind a bush. To sell this as something "tactical" is truly ridiculous.

You have to take into consideration that this information is for not only experienced but novice shooters as well. The goal is to educate not produce operators. Got to work up to shoot and move exercises. It all builds upon itself. Getting a good grasp of the basics first is paramount.
