Hey, I filled for my Citizenship its been more than 3 years. I did my interview, I passed they told me they will get back to me. ... (when I won a greencard and I never included my son, but when I filled for Citizenship, I added my son ) they then last year January asked for my son's birthday certificate and I sent them. In July,I received a letter to appear in court for deportation proceedings that I lied to the consulate... so they have been postponing my court date... I didn't manage to travel last year, I was advised not to cross any border... what are the chances of me getting sworn in? I already petitioned for my son too already. Will this case be waved or what are the expected outcomes? Can I travel to Africa? If so, what do I need to avoid being detained at the port of entry?

My wife is in jail, but we're now married for 4 years. We lived together for some time ,before she had a payroll violation, and went back to jail. Can I apply for the adjustment of status ,and what are my chances?

Hello sir, thank you so much for the information. I have some questions to ask please. 1. What are the steps to take as a Nigerian citizen who is willing to serve in the US Military without permanent residence nor green card and currently not in the US to join the US Army ? 2. Can the US Army grant me a sponsored visa as their employee to move to the US to work for them then after a year, I can request for a green card?

I’m going to the military for basic training very soon and the recruiter told me that I’ll get my citizenship right after week of completing the both training. My question is after I get my citizenship I know I’ll be able to apply for green card of my parents but I also have a little brother who is under 21 . Can he also qualify for green card when I’m applying for my parents? I mean can he come on like couple years like with my parents ? Thank you !

@@GrayLawTV unfortunately on the pdf drop-down menu does not give the option for PIP or Military PIP. should I just leave it blank and print it out and write it manually as "Military PIP?" I am trying to do this for a family member and trying to do i130 and i485 concurrently instead of doing i130 online.
