Worst thing that happened on The Cowlitz river. We still have no salmon up Otter Creek. They used to spawn back here up river.

One of the things that would help greatly to improve Salmon and Steelhead runs would be to extend the limits against Offshore Fishing done by Foreign Fishing Companies and severely enforce those limits
