HI, you put a video up for warehouse app task validation new mobile flag, I have turn on "enable RAST report" through the Mobile device setup, but when I actually did the task record with the Warehouse Mobile app, the task record was not pull through into fin and Ops. Any advice on what to do to make sure the task record is pull through into fin and Ops. Thanks

I have seen if you don't use a client secret method on your mobile device it is having some issues sometimes. If you're not using a client secret in the connection setup you may try to setup a new connection using client secret and see if that helps. I'm not sure why it matters client secret vs certificate, but I've seen that a couple of times now.

@@Scott-Gaines Thanks for the response and truly apricated, all the connection method for warehouse mobile device and fin and Ops use client secret, anything else I need to check.
