I feel like you went to my work and saw how bad I am as a DBA and made this video just for me. I literally tried to do this but failed because we are 2012. We are looking to upgrade to 2022 (or at least 2016) and would LOVE to see a follow up video.

Our ERP is an Oracle database and would like a near real time read only copy in azure sql server option. Right now we are using data factory to ETL into azure sql server.
