Ok ... but when I have file in Base64 ... which function from TTMSFNCUtils I have to use for create binary file from Base64? e.g. I have png file ... converts it to the Base64 and finally save to file from Base64 to png.

You could use Decode64ToBytes() and then save this byte array to file
