I'm looking to buy a house that was turned into a cafe, itsgot classe4 , I want to buy it and turn it back into residential, there isn't any need ro refurbish must , what fees do I pay, I know stamp duty, but no clue about other fees, also can I move in straight away or do I have to apply for change of use first?
