Nice. One question ..!!!! I have a sub form which is updated by the combo boxes on the main form, which filters record in sub form, is it possible to add a count on specific type of values? like "Total Active" & "Total Idles". filtered records contains both type of values.

ooopss ran into an error that says #type! this shows up when the query I try to count is empty, i tried this ------- IIF(isnull([field]),true,false) -------- but still same result
