‘到’ 和 ‘出来’ 有什么区别？比如，你听出来了吗 vs 你听到了吗？

听出来了 is more like "understand something you hear or finding out about something you heard". 听到 is simply "the act of hearing something."

Waijiaoguan 听出来 is like you hear and recognize something similar to how we say “ohh I can tell this is that song” 听到了 just means you heard something .

“没V出来”是“没有完成，没有做好”，“V不出来“是”不能、不可以做完、做好“的意思。（一般”没“都是指一件事情没发生。）
