In this video, I’m back to talk about hydrogen peroxide and hydrogen peroxide hacks.
You can use the hydrogen peroxide you may have in your medicine cabinet, which is probably about 3%. Or, you may have a food-grade hydrogen peroxide that can also be used.
How hydrogen peroxide works:
Your white blood cells make hydrogen peroxide to kill off bacteria, funguses, viruses, parasites, and candida.
What hydrogen peroxide does:
Hydrogen peroxide oxidizes the layer of microbes and destroys the cell wall of invading microbes.
A few hydrogen peroxide uses:
• To clean cuts
• Gargle with hydrogen peroxide
Hydrogen peroxide mouthwash:
• 1 tablespoon of hydrogen peroxide (15g)
• 4 tablespoons of water (60g)
Swish the mixture in your mouth for 30 seconds. Do not swallow.
Uses of hydrogen peroxide mouthwash:
• Gargle with it if you have a sore throat
• Swish it in your mouth to kill off and cleanse the microbes in your mouth
A few more hydrogen peroxide hacks:
• Remove stains on your clothes
• Clean your vegetables (Mix 1/2 cup of hydrogen peroxide with 2 cups of water, let your vegetables soak in the mixture for a few minutes, rinse)

I've been using hydrogen peroxide as part of my morning ritual for years. I take a small mouthful after brushing right when I jump into the shower. I let it soak in my mouth, spit and rinse as one of my last steps in the shower, then use a non-alcohol mouthwash. On a recent dental checkup and cleaning, the hygienist made a comment about how clean my teeth were, hardly any tartar to scrap off. She said if everyone's teeth were this clean that she would be out of a job. I'll be 60 this year, have all my teeth, including wisdom teeth. No issues at all.

Ok so you've asked for experiences with hydrogen peroxide....so I had a growth on my hand. It became quite large and I had to have surgery to remove it. I was told it was benign and wouldn't reappear, the surgery was painful. About a year later...the lump stated to re grow!!! Went back to the surgeon who said I needed another op....and that they'd definately remove all of the limo this time, they'd go in much deeper. Ok, more pain and awkwardness following surgery. Great,. And so....six month later....the lump is starting to re grow !!!!!!!!!!! This time I was very disappointed and quite angered. Surgeon said that I'd need plastic surgery as another op would mean more of the skin being removed and so in the end if it kept re growing I wouldn't be able to use my little finger....and that there wasn't a guarantee it wouldn't come back. Wtf ? So I decided to let the damned thing grow and grow and grow, it became really quite big and hideous looking, I thought it might aswell grow enormous this time before being operated on...it grew so big that it looked like it would burst...so I did just that, it was horrid, anyway for about two months I kept cleaning this never ending wound with hydrogen peroxide and then putting magnesium sulphate on it at night time with addressing to draw more out. Long story short I got rid of it by myself without medical intervention...and when I showed the GP he was astounded... DIY surgery seems to be the way forward lol!

For all of the H2O2 enthusiasts out there… Look into using food grade HP mixed down to a 3% solution and using it with a nebulizer. Inhale the fine mist through your nose and mouth and hold in your lungs for a minute or so. I have been using peroxide for years to clean vegetables and fruit. I grow about 50 garlic plants each year. I pull them and have 2 - 5 gal buckets of water. One, I add a 16 oz. bottle of peroxide to. I wash the dirt off and rinse them in the peroxide water, tie them to dry. My garlic lasts until I eat it and remains firm and disease free. Another way I use peroxide is for cleaning my counter tops and cutting board. I even had a bottle in my office to clean my desk and office phone. Thank you for sharing your videos. I went to the Dr. with a very painful ear problem. He looked in my ear and said the problem is wax build up. I wasn't quite sure if I believed him. He took a 12 ounce spray bottle and added warm water and an equal amount of peroxide. Started squirting in my ear and in a minute or two a big plug of wax came out. Gross looking. Almost immediately the pain was gone. Then he asked if I used Q-tips, when I said yes he said to stop using them, I was only pushing the wax deeper into my ear.

Watching in Nov, 2021: I had the flu in 1998. My fever was 102/103. I went to a group office of MDs in Alpharetta, GA, were we lived. They asked me several questions about my general health; my exercise habits, use of vitamins, thoughts on pharmaceuticals, etc.. The doctor spoke to me about a natural way of dealing with the flu and asked me to read a single page study. I read the study and gave my written approval for the treatment... I received an IV bag of hydrogen peroxide solution in my arm. The process took about 45 minutes. My fever was gone immediately, as were the flu stomach issues and all symptoms. This is a true story that many do not believe when I talk about the wonders of peroxide. Perhaps it is a coincidence, but I have never had the flu again or even a serious cold.

In the laundry room, I have a spray bottle of undiluted hydrogen peroxide and a bottle of orange cleaner from my local Dollar Tree store. I've been using a half Hydrogen Peroxide + half Water mixture as a mouth wash for the past couple of years. My teeth are much whiter looking now and it easily removed the tartar buildup from my teeth after using it for several days. Sure beats going to the dentist to have this procedure done. I imagine dentists know this, but probably don't want people to find out in case they lose some of their business. A very small cavity on one of my front teeth has nearly disappeared and it seems to be regrowing or replacing the enamel on it's own. There is no need to buy mouth wash anymore since this mixture keeps my mouth , teeth and breath very fresh and clean. I wish I had known about this years ago , it works better and costs less than the usual store bought varieties .

@@sadiarashid6320 Hi Sadia ,all you need to make the mouthwash is 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide and distilled water. Mix i part hydrogen peroxide with 1 part distilled water. For example 10ml of peroxide with 10ml distilled water. Take some of this mixture into your mouth after you have brushed and flossed your teeth .Swish the mixture around in your mouth for say a minute then spit it down the drain. Do not swallow the mixture. Within a week you will notice a big difference in your teeth. Use this mouth wash daily when you brush you teeth . Hope this helps..

Just started using it about a month or so ago. Way better than any mouth wash I have ever used. Despite flossing, water picking, mouth wash, probiotics, oil pulling and an electric tooth brush, I have had constant build up as far back as I can remember. I do not eat sugar. Diabetics in the family. Low carb almost 12 years. About once a week I would end up using a dental pick to pull off the buildup behind my front teeth. It would hurt the tongue. Do not half to do that anymore. Best mouthwash ever.

Also works fabulous for toothache. Swish around for 3-5 minutes then discard and then more for 3-5 minutes. Your tooth will start throbbing/ hurting for a few minutes but when it stops the toothache is gone. Also great for a daily swish. Helps remove food particles from between your teeth.

Mix half spoon of baking soda and a mouth full of peroxide and swish in your mouth, you will almost have instant relief & I’ll be damn if it doesn’t get rid of the abscess like it did mine, and it’s never came back

@@realtalk2528 Sorry I finally saw this. No, no such problems, in fact it has eliminated tooth/gum sensitivity completely. To a gallon of distilled water add 4 oz of regular table salt (replicates approximate percentage of seawater) and about a cup of hydrogen peroxide. Storing it in the gallon jug makes it very convenient to refill the water pic. I just run the water pic as usual for a few secs to hit all teeth/gums and then close my mouth and swish with that water for 30 -60 seconds, then spit out the foam (no rinsing). I used this method successfully for years with just the saltwater, but the addition of the hydrogen peroxide makes it even better.

Then as you swish it around it starts to bubble and you can feel it working. I do this too! Just dip your wet toothbrush into the baking soda so that you have a little bit of a baking soda paste on your toothbrush and brush your teeth like that. Basically you are swapping out your regular toothpaste for baking soda. Baking soda will be your toothpaste. honestly regular toothpaste have way too much sugar in them and they don't clean as well as baking soda does plus we all know that there's a lot of controversy about fluoride... So how I do it is dip my wet toothbrush into the container of baking soda brush all my teeth with it and then after do a hydrogen peroxide mouthwash. Your mouth will feel so fresh like there are zero odors in it! minty toothpaste and minty mouthwash are covering the odor but hydrogen peroxide and baking soda actually neutralizes and eliminates the odor and bacteria in your mouth.on top of doing that another benefit is your teeth are going to be so sparkly White!!

I have never had any mouth related infections, and have been able to very effectively ward off sore throat infections of various kinds. I also use hydrogen peroxide to cleanse wounds and to disinfect toothbrushes, get stains out of white clothes and towels like red wine or blood. Also, clean, disinfect and brighten surfaces that I cannot use bleach on. (However, I do not recommend using it on colored items as it will much like bleach fade the color). @@VincentNBridgetMoses ...ok...not the easiest fix for most people. First, is it definitely popcorn, or is it a mud texture? If its popcorn, first scrape the entire ceiling to remove the popcorn and make it repairable. If it's a mud texture you'll have the same mission but it wont be easy and you may have to turn to sanding the entire ceiling. For a proper repair this is the first step, unless you're ok with tearing out the whole ceiling. Mold around the vent is common because you have an exposed drywall edge around the vent. I'd suggest cutting out about 3 inches around the vent to investigate. Remove more if needed. Use wood as needed to back your repair area so the you'll have something to screw the new drywall to. Piece in the new drywall as needed. When you tape the repair I'd suggest using FiberFuse tape(home depot and lowes should have) and all purpose joint compound. DO NOT USE A LIGHTWEIGHT MUD! And for God sake please do not ever use "spackle". Coat as needed and repair the rest of the ceiling as needed

I use Hydrogen Peroxide to wet my toothbrush instead of water. I do it several times per week so as not to irritate my mouth. As you say it's a good antibacterial etc., but it will also make your teeth whiter.

I've been using hydrogen peroxide as a rinse for years, straight from the bottle, at 60, I have all my teeth and no gum disease. If I were to guess I would say I probably use about 2 tablespoons. It takes 60 seconds to kill off the bacteria and I make sure to swish for at least that long and also gargle with it before spitting it out. This is part of my AM dental routine after brushing, flossing and rinsing with water, I do not rinse out the hydrogen peroxide, I spit into the sink several times but allow the trace amount to stay in my mouth and don't rinse with water, but also don't swallow any. The reason this is my last step is because the brushing, flossing and rinsing remove anything that's on my teeth or tongue and that allows the hydrogen peroxide to have better contact with any bacteria that's in my mouth. My breath will stay odorless for several hours with no artificial mint or cinnamon scent masking, just the breath of a clean, healthy mouth.

@@L4JRapture He said to do it to get rid of my gingivitis. We never talked about doing it every day. However, I do it regularly but not every day. I've found that doing it too much might make the gums a little sensitive, and it's good to give it a rest sometimes.

Your mouth has some good bacteria in it and you don't want to kill it all off, same point with your gut bacteria. Healthy bacteria is critical to overall health! More studies should be done to determine exactly how Hydrogen Peroxide effects this. Also, Hydrogen peroxide should not be put directly into cuts on the skin as it can damage the good tissue, however, it does disinfect the cut. Best to use soapy water to clean a cut.
