33:05 I suspect it is less a cultural problem and more a problem with the money. In 1965, the dollar was still supposedly linked to gold. Anyone keeping score in gold but with larger dollar denominated assets like life insurance got slaughtered in the 70s and never recovered... Perhaps the degrading quality of money affects the culture?
