Thank you Mr. Phillips. Your tutorial was perfect, simple and easy to understand. My classmates were fumbling on how to do the labels properly but we had forgotten the steps. So I took the time to look for something on KZbin. There is always more than one way and this was the easiest. I had done all the steps with the merge even using the existing excel sheet but I kept trying to use the other label menu which kept me stumped for a while. I do not like to waste time but I also try to figure things out on my own. One of the problems was with using the other menu I would create the label and try to update the others and it would go back to the beginning as if I never formatted the label...very frustrating. Believe it or not I had to watch your video three times because in class there are some distractions and I could not watch it all the way through without missing something. It's a done deal now thank you very much. You have a very personable voice which also helps with listening and watching tutorials.

This was a huge help. I spent an hour trying to figure out how to do a simple mail merge for labels by reading the help topic on MS word and trying to play around with it on my own. This is a really helpful tutorial - I do occasionally print sticky labels but I needed to print a number of luggage labels (with varied and detailed info for a multi-trip-hence the database). Your tutorial enabled me to accomplish that, especially the bit about the border; unnecessary on stick-ons but so useful for separating the card once printed. Thanks
