I've been farming the alpha reactors outside aelio town cave for like a month straight now, never bothered to check if the cave had minerals also never tried to smack the mineral clusters in Stia with the board. I've been running dreisen plant for the invis boxes like a fool while I waited for different weather. (though it's totally worth the time) Thank you for the info!

Arms refiners 2 also are randomly available in the meseta treasure shop..high rate by ngs standards..combined with them dropping from limited and urgent quests has made them much more plentiful

I've been finding that Arms Refiner II is the main cause of bottleneck when trying to get to +70. Either you wait every week to be able to exchange them and recieve them from Arks Records or you're grinding Neusen Plant ALL day and competing with terrible RNG even with drop boosters. I recently found out that they only drop from Boss Enemies too which really sucks. If you're looking to go past +60 for weapons and armor, you'll need a total of 24 arms refiners and 12 arms refiner II. Doesn't sound like much but when your options to gain them are super limited at the moment, it really feels like you hit a wall with your progress.
