When zombie revives, the "with 50% TM" counts as a gain (ie: revive then gain-- you can see this against JMK as well). Jabba's unique gives his team 7% TM whenever an enemy with less than 100% TM gains bonus TM. So... Zombie dies, revives, gains 50% TM, which feeds TM to Jabba's team. Merrin's gains do it too, but that's the only way the other team gets turns at all.
