We have water with PH of 8.5. im using organic acid to make water acidic. Im adding 300 ml of acid fier to 1000 l tank. What I'm noticing is after 2 days if water is not used it turns cloudy and white worms. Appear in water!! What would be the problem?

Ph 8.5, Hardness 294MG/L. MPN 90/100ml. Im adding 400 ml/1000 litre to attain 6.3 ph. And organic acids im using it for continuous sanitization. Even after perfect cleaning of pipeline im getting e coli in every batches. FCR is going high compared to other farms. Can i go for RO filteration? Is RO water good for poultry? Can I get good results after installing RO? PLEASE SUGGEST.
