I have a confusion about which tense is used in seems or seem.. Whether Simple present tense Or continuous tense. he doesn't seem to be interested.(I think ,This sentence has two meaning:--- Lagta hai OR Lag raha hai) ,In which situation, should be considered particular meaning. As you said in video, waah interested in lag raha hai..
