The ,should be used only in the superlative degrees,like the tallest, ,the strongest, the smallest, the most beautiful,etc.. not in the place of other degrees of comparison like tall, taller; strong,stronger,;small,smaller; more beautiful,these places 'the' should 'nt be used..
