Yes @TheUnknownGuy23, it is possible. At 5 minutes into the video, when adding reports, there is a tab called "Add a Link". There you can bring sharing links from other workspaces.

I already use the applications to share my reports, but all users who access the application are required to have a PRO license, which makes some sharing unfeasible. Is there any way to remove the requirement for users who access the application to have a PRO license?

Hey Fernan, i really love your videos. And this one is very informative. But i have to ask you something. I creat a Report and Share it to Colleagues outside my organisation (subsidiary). But they see everthing in the report. The rls does not work. For example i want that they just see the Data from " France" . For Collegues inside my organisation, it works. They just see the Data from "france". so the problem is, that they are outside our organisation. Can you please give me advice how to fix it? because they must see just the data of there markets without having power bi pro. thank you very much. kind regards from Germany.

After i create an APP that has 4 different PBIX reports. I want to stop access to the individual reports from the works space, and only use the APP url, how do i stop the individual report url? On the individual reports to request access it would the user can send an email to the workspace admin, there is another option to "User requesting access will get the following instructions" i enabled that and typed a text with instructions how to access the APP, how to request access, it has to be approved by 3 managers before they are added to an ACTIVE DIRECTORY security group, we don't add individual names. That is not working, people share the old link around and they still have to button to "Request Access" and i still get an email. Requesting access to the APP works, when the URL to the APP is shared to other users and the message to request access to the "Power BI APP" does work it shows the user how to request access to the AD group, that is great, but like my original question if they share the original report url that is the problem i am trying to fix now that i am all in Organizational APPS. can you help?

I think this is only working for Premium Users or Free Users (when you use Premium workspace) ? Is there any way to share org app from premium workspace to Pro Users?
