I use the "Wipe" feature in Premiere but I didn't know how to line up the maps exactly on top of each other. Thanks!

If you zoom way on a small area, like road numbers, and line up the numbers it is easier.

I couldn't transform the layer mask it brought out a prompt saying the initial bounding rectangle is empty
