@@codernerd7076 you can try "pnpm install --shamefully-hoist". Or ask for help in the pnpm discord chatroom

So odd. I installed it globally with npm i -g pnpm, and it has been a pleasure to work with it, so fast! When you get errors, delete the node_modules and the pnpm-lock.yaml, then run pnpm install --shamefully-hoist. The --shamefully-hoist flag is discussed in the docs (it uses sym links), and it will surely solve your "not found" issues. Some packages don't work well with it, like Nuxt 3, but just adding the flag solves everything. I've tried it with a vanilla TypeScript project, Node + Express + TypeScript project, NestJS + TypeScript project, Vue 3 + TypeScript project, Quasar CLI + Vite + Vue 3 + TypeScript project. Hope you had solved it, or if not, hope you can solve it now.

If other people in my project are using yarn, can start using pnpm by myself?

You still install the same package every time, a lot of space is used, a small project with a big framework can use up to 300mb
