2026 tak DA 60% expected hai, then adjustment to be made with Inflation index which is 20 - 30% on higher side almost gives a fitment factor of 1.9 to 2. Then It has to set parameters as per calorie consumption for 1 person per day. All this factor has to be in count, so as per the demand of JCM fitment factor of 2.85 may be too high, but anything less than 2 is injustice towards employees.
