I think the quality is great and very sturdy. This one is a 12’ Fulton “Sable” color which is pretty much Black. We got it from Scioto Valley in Columbus Ohio for $3,800. So right in that price range.

Got to be honest, I was expecting a lot more when you described it as the "perfect basement bar & game room". It's bland with no character and little tying anything together other than the fact that a room contains the same type of items. Perhaps have a splash of colour rather than the carpet, walls, skirting, ceiling and furniture being either white or grey.
