I'm glad you like the cards and the technique. I think you'l be able to manage this with low hand strength as both light touch and heavy touch can work with it.Plus you can feel free to go over areas by dragging your ink pad a second time if you want more color. Do the different colors contaminate the next pad use?

That is a good reason to start with the lightest color and move up to darkest. Lighter ones won't contaminate a darker color, but darker will contaminate lighter if it isn't dry before you swipe it.

I have not had any problems with contaminated ink pads because I start with lightest shade first.

Looks like a lot of wasted ink, I think I’d rather use my blending brushes to put color on my cardstock.

Hi, The technique shown is wonderful for me as I have low hand strength for ink blending. So glad Mary shared it.

Different strokes for different folks. I prefer to share lots of different techniques for people to be able to pick and choose interests them or is doable for them based on the supplies they have or what they are physically capable of. Some people do have physical limitations and this technique may suit them if they have poor hand strength. And even if they don't, perhaps someone is looking for something new to try. This technique shows a totally different way to combine color.
