Really nice and enjoyable to watch! Love the little Easter egg with the plane in the sky from the original background image.

I had just abandoned a piece I was working on because I couldn't get the environment to look convincing (mine was a medieval city) and then you upload this haha, it's like you read my mind! Awesome video as always! 🔥🔥🔥

Another way you can get different angles on 3D models (And I know you are want to sponsor Envato!) is Sketch Fab, Daz Studio, Poser, Blender or PD Howler. PD Howler is 2d software with a 3D engine. So you can import your free objects, light them, move the angles to your favored and then render it to a transparent brush which then you can manipulate as a brush, or stamp in your scene. And PD Howler 2024 is super cheap right now! (And it has a free version to try out (2022)), but no Obj engine in that version. So, just offering options for folks!

Yeah, I use most of the things that you just mentioned so I never said Envato is a must. However, I do find it convenient for my own use as well. Thanks for sharing btw! :)

@@ImadAwan Like I said, I know you were being sponsored for this video, so you need to use it sometimes! And Envato is a great website. No doubting that! Just offering some alternative ideas for folks. Thank you for the great lessons, as always, Imad. I have learned so much over the years!

sorry can i ask you do you think that the size (17 inch) for screen display tablet is prohibitive for a professional concept artist? (I intend to give it as a gift to a friend who is a professional) the product we are referring to is the wacom cintiq pro 17

I always learn something new every time I watch one of your videos. My work has a different feel than this style but I really want to move in this moody environment direction. You give me inspiration. May I ask, what is your favorite texture brush you mentioned?

lovely work imad bhai mera question ye hai ap jb painting krty ho kuch jga per apke brush stroke clear show hoty ye chez matter krti hai ager ap kisi client k liye asy manipulation ya photo bash kr k art bna rahy hon ?
@ImadAwan Жыл бұрын
Bro it all depends on your personal art style and the client's preference. So, it's great to be able to do both brushwork style artwork as well as refined polished pieces. Hope that answers the question!

Looks great! But I'm not that great at placing figures correctly. Where is your horizon here? Isn't there some kind of perspective rule where all the figures eyelines (heads) must line up with the horizon line? No matter how big they are. I guess it works if your horizon is very low, like the ground at the bottom of the buildings?
@ImadAwan Жыл бұрын
Hmm! How can eyelines always match with the horizon line? Might have to look into that. lol. There should be a condition to this. Because, what if it's a very low angle, low horizon line, but the people closer to the camera could have heads up high. Let me look into this! But thanks for sharing this point! :)

Whats the point of adding those PNGs of people exactly? I feel like it whould have been much easier to paint them in insted of looking for right photos to use for them you even removed all the detail so why?

For me, it would be much more time consuming to paint them. But you can certainly do that if you like. There’s no right or wrong way to do this! Have fun painting! 🙌🏻😊
