Hey Guys! Today's video is a reading plan with me! We are talking about the book Atomic Habits by James Clear. This book was phenomenal!!! It really gave me great insight on building habits and I wanted to share how I am planning on using the tips from this book to use my planner more effectively. Have you read Atomic Habits? Were you blown away by it as much as I was?!

I have been waiting for this book to show up at my local Salvation Army bookshelf. !0 cents each ! It has yet to happen. Thanks for covering it here. I like the i% habit. I also have a health planner. The one about inner identity is truth. You broke all of these habits down into common language that I can use. Thank you.

This is a very helpful summary of the book! I have ADHD and have been reading this book while I try to get into a good planning system. Your examples that you give throughout the video, and seeing you work in your planners at the same time is super helpful. I wish I could keep as many beautiful planners as you do haha, I'm struggling with just one!

I haven't read the book. I'm adding it to my list. I'm one who struggles with organizing my time and my space. I admire you, your work and your drive. In my mind I organize things to look the way you do it, but I struggle to keep focused so I'm always creating piles of messes before I finish one. Not sure if you've always been like this or if you built it at some point in your motherhood. I can't pay for profesional services now so I have to do everything myself, the cleaning and the organizing, so I need to figure something out. I'd appreciate a video on your routine to stay organized. I'm working on creating systems to work more efficiently to complete tasks in less time. Thank you for everything you do ❤

Keep at it and I will too.

Great Video!! Question!! So I’m just starting this. I am going to use a filofax planner platform, I used daytimers for work when I was a manager and am used to the format. So I have as many areas as you to track and organize. My question is would Using tabs and creating sections for each of these to all be in one a manageable solution. I use a field notes book to track things through out the day for a month at a time so it’s portable. Then the idea is to transpose this into the sections of the main planner.Advice?

I love my people. Let’s stop saying things are hard, it’s difficult or it’s a struggle. It’s really not. All it takes is a shift in perspective. How you look at what you are doing. The task is quite easy. It’s takes some work shifting your perspective about it tho. There that’s task. I like to say work or task. Not hard. Saying something is hard will create barriers for myself.

You know, that you have to know, what your basis? 1 % from nothing is: nothing. Why does everyone hypes a book, because everyone hypes it? That does'n means, thats a good book. And one or two good ideas doesn't make a good book. Only, a good idea in a book of - how many pages? 200? 300? It sounds like "waste of time" ... And the big question is: WHY should I be better than yesterday? Why? I want't! I like to eat good food - and I like to eat "bad" food (whats "bad" on food? Only too often too much). I love to stay in bed and I love to get out of bed bevore sunset. I'm a human, not a machine and not a slave of capitalism. I havn't to be perfect oder better than perfect. I have to be a human beeing. And that means, I have to be human: to love, loose, fight and let go. I have to live my live and - sometimes - make the live of others a litte bit better.
