Yes I agree it's always the first page that's the hardest, I find starting on a page with maybe something on it already to help inspire you as well as don't feel you have to start at the beginning of the journal, personally I like to jump about and again not always finish a page in one go! I love all your spreads but that paper from Papa was gorgeous and a lovely memory too. 😁🌹You could journal on the back of one of the tags so you don't forget what you've done xxx ❤️❤️ beautiful Nina it's great fun 😁😁💕🌷🌷🌷

Love all your videos... Keeps me thinking. I have been saving packaging for some time now and have tons!! Now I know what to do with them. Do need some ideas on how to use the brown plastic bubble lined mailers. There must be a use for them?! I have also missed a video on creating a journal from scratch...what to use for pages etc. Must be there but I don't find it. You are my Sunday morning "fix". Nothing happens until I view your video. I used to be when the kids were younger. I had no idea why you asked this until Kimberly also commented, so of course had to go and rewatch the video! I hadn’t even spotted the beetle, and had no idea it was a geocaching logo. Wracking my brain to remember what was in the envelope! 🤔

@@NinaRibenaMixedMedia Cachers can purchase dog tags that have the beetle and a code on them to attach to items (our first was attached to a Hot Wheels car). They're placed in caches and are either discovered by others or moved about to other caches to meet the "goal" of the item. The one I mentioned was part of a trackable race to see which would arrive first at a cache in Virginia from a cache in Japan. Just a little extra bit of fun. 🌍🏷

Hi Ginny, yes it did, on 1st January. I’m now co hosting the group with Kylie Coo and we’ve renamed it ‘The Mixed Media Emporium’. We are just doing one prompt a month now, although we’re sharing different interpretations of it on a weekly basis.
