@@stopchildabuse7932it’s through the teal app you have to pay for it to rework your resume for you. It’s ridiculously expensive for someone unemployed. Going through ChatGPT or Bard is free at the moment. I accidentally used the 5 free rewrites for teal before I realized I couldn’t afford to keep using it.

Yup! You can manually save a job if you're on a page not supported by the tool - you just have to copy over some of the information manually and then it's the video steps as normal 👍

You know I’m wondering why someone just doesn’t create a chat got 4 plug in or script that does all this for everyone then charges a measly 99 cents then disrupts all ATS software and renders all this stupid job hunting softwares useless already! Imagine with a click of a button AI adjusting your resume to each tailored job then applying for you to hundreds of jobs at the same time forcing companies to go back to actually look at the damn resumes!!!

Couple things here, that definitely would be a great 1-click took, but then you run the AI risk of having all your content sounding exactly the same and also being inaccurate. However we have built our tool, the Teal Resume Builder, to get as close to that as possible. We've made lots of new update to the tool recently so you can do things like generate an achievement based on a line from the job description, using certain keywords, and more. We always recommend just using AI as a starting place and not the final results though.

When you say attach the job description to our resume, do you mean scan the job description and upload our resume or actually paste the job description to the bottom of our resume?

Great question! When you add a job to the job tracker, you can select it to match to your resume. It'll open up a side-by-side of your working resume and the job. That way you can look at what the role is asking for and identify where you've accomplished those needs in your past experience. Teal offers Matching Mode analysis as well that highlights top hard and soft skills mentioned on the job description.

If the results are false then absolutely - the main idea here is you're using ChatGPT to flavor up the writing and get it done faster but yes you absolutely want to make sure the information is accurate.
