i have the steering problem appeared now, turning to right is soft but turning to left is heavy i wish i know how to fix it properly

"If your car is equipped with an electric steering rack, it is very likely that the problem is caused by the steering angle sensor located inside the rack. I had this issue before and was able to find an experienced Kurdish mechanic who fixed it for me four years ago. The sensor is unfortunately not sold separately, so it may be necessary to replace the entire steering rack if the sensor is found to be faulty.

I had the same problem. All was needed is calibration via diagnostic tool. At one point during calibration it will require front wheels to hang off the ground so you will need a ramp.
