At that price...just get the roll of bubble wrap and apply it to it on its own. Or a towel. Or old newspapers. O just put it on the seat (and don't get into an accident)... They call it Tumbler Buddy. It means I don’t have a dedicated double walled can cooler, but I do have an alternate use for my Yeti 20oz cup. I keep the cooler block bottom in the freezer and the collar for the top in a drawer. When I’m ready to use it, I drop the cooling cylinder in my cup, insert my bottle or can, and slip on the collar to keep it in place. It definitely works. If someone already has a 20oz Yeti cup, it would make a nice accessory for it.

Ex. bringing a bottle of liquor to guests or bringing home souvenir perfume. In addition to padding the items in your luggage, they (at least the ones I use) also seal against spillage. So if the item inside breaks, you don't end up with the stuff all over your luggage & clothes. Only ever had one item break inside (due to major abuse by airline) and it saved my stuff from being covered in a sticky alcohol.

It's hot here now, and out camping last week the ice remained in my cold drinks all day long. I figure I'll be using them for the rest of my life, so it's worth the price to me. For the wine bibs, I just wipe the lip of the bottle with a paper towel or cloth after each pour. I personally don't think it's a problem that needs to be solved with another gadget. I wrap fragile glass bottles in cloths and put in bags or tubs if it does break, so never had a need for something made specifically to protect bottles of drink or food. Can coolers are great if you live where it gets hot and aren't shotgunning your drinks
@FilmFlam-80084 ай бұрын
Coozies, yes. Single Can Coolers, no. If it is hot out, you should be drinking WATER or something with electrolytes, not pop/beer. And having a ready supply of available hydration is better, ie a cooler with ice and multiple drinks. Coozies are good for keeping a can cooler a bit more while keeping your hands comfortable. They also are compact. A can cooler is a solution in search of a problem. Better for casual drinking inside an air conditioned office where you may want a “lid”. But in any actually hot environment, you will drink the can very quickly, and then you have to lug around an empty shell.
