hello Mr Ramgopal. need your urgent help. i have been following your channel for a long time and have learnt a lot from your videos. i need your help regarding one thing. i have a Lenovo Ideapad S340 with Office 2019. for last few days i have been facing an issue which i was hoping u could help me with. when i am adding animation to an object and going to set the animation duration, if i try to decrease the duration by clicking the down arroew, it gets decreased. but if i press up arrow to increase duration, it becomes 59 seconds always and after that it doesnt respond at all. by going to effect options of each individual animation, if i try to change the duration, it can only become whole units like 2 seconds, 3 seconds, 4 seconds etc. i dont know if this is a bug or have i by mistake made some wrong settings in my laptop. could u please help me? i am in urgent need of your help. i am a pediatrician and make lots of presentations. my laptop runs latest version of windows 10 version 2004
