I am an athlete too. I prepare for a race about 8 months and on the race day if I don’t win the trophy that is considered to be a loss . I have seen my team members crying even after getting gold medals because that doesn’t matter , what matters is the team , we win together and loose together there is no individual win if this mentality is present in an alevels college team how is it not there on are international team.
