Spoiler alert- I was really pleased when she didn’t take him back - only to get that ambiguous final scene. He put her through too much - a simple apology and 5 years apart isn’t enough to make up for everything he put her through. He should settle on her breathing the same air as him, not expect her to go back to being the submissive and caring wife who births him babies and takes care of the house for him. Beggars belief that a man can say he loves a woman and go as far as cheating on her, breaking her leg (twice), imprisoning her, and overall contributing to her family’s downfall on the back of little to no evidence. The audacity he has thinking she could forget all that and be with him like nothing happened is beyond me.

I hate that the scriptwriters does not have the balls to change love interest just because they do not want to break the original pair of FL/ML. Que mal están haciendo con estos dramas, después de tan buen guión, nos dejan con un final abierto, como para satisfacer a todos. Está más que claro que el daño ocasionado por el ex esposo, es demasiado, nada mas pensar todo lo que vivió y sufrió ella en la cárcel por 2 años, se me eriza la piel. Sin contar todos los golpes, aborto y humillaciones, no hay nada que pueda compensar todo ese daño. Mientras que el otro, no solo la protegió, además creó todo un equipo de ayuda para esclarecer la inocencia de su padre. Sé que eso no la obliga a amarlo y que nadie puede forzar a querer, pero en verdad no me gustaría que quedara con el ex. Prefiero que quede sola y más adelante se dé una oportunidad, con otro a quién logre amar.

I just didn't think with the writer, how can they make such a shameless ML. I love young master Lu's kick ass right-hand woman! It's such a nice change from always having the boss's right-hand man being a male. Miss Tang is one bad ass beauty! As always, Meng Na was brilliant as the heroine. She's such a great actress, a real talent who's also breathtakingly beautiful. Meng Na is an absolutely gorgeous young lady! She needs to be more mainstream, I can picture her as a Bond girl. I also like the 2ML. I'm so glad she doesn't take the scumbag ML back.
